Our journey began with a simple but ambitious vision: to create a sanctuary within the world’s most beautiful natural stage—the Plitvice Lakes National Park.
The story of Fenomen Plitvice is one of transformation and respect. Built on the foundations of traditional wooden cottages, the resort was developed through the “Construction and Equipping of 4* Fenomen Plitvice Resort” project. We set out to prove that luxury and nature are not opposites, but partners. By blending autochthonous architecture with sophisticated modern design, we turned a vision of “rural elegance” into a reality, officially opening our doors to offer a world-class experience in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage site.
